💳 Recharge Issues

Factors affecting data reliability and accuracy caused by device recharge or payment failures. See the 📘 Monitoring Tools Reference for tool details and the 🧩 Diagnostic Funnel for the general triage flow.

Devices go offline due to failed recharge on time

How to verify:

  1. Check 📝 User Logs (industry level) for the site's recharge/payment due date and status.
  2. Check the 🌐 Offline Dashboard and 📈 Uptime Metrics to confirm the device went offline at or after the recharge due date, not before — an outage that started before the due date is not recharge-related and should be investigated as a connectivity/software issue instead.
  3. Confirm the affected scope matches exactly the devices tied to that recharge/account — if unrelated devices on other accounts are also affected, this points elsewhere (see 💻 Software Issues).
Status: partial

Verification process defined via User Logs and Offline Dashboard correlation; no automated recharge-due alert integrated with the Offline Dashboard yet.

Cloud system goes down due to payment failure on time

How to verify:

  1. Check 📝 User Logs (industry level) for the account's payment status.
  2. Check whether the outage is isolated to sites/devices under that account (payment-driven) or system-wide across unrelated accounts (a broader cloud/infrastructure issue — see 💻 Software Issues).
  3. Check 🌐 Offline Dashboard and 📶 IoT Telemetry to confirm devices under the account are unreachable specifically from the point the payment lapsed.
Status: partial

Verification process defined via User Logs correlation; no automated pre-lapse payment warning yet.
